Constant pictures/updates, you can really tell she cares about each and every pup she delivers. Will be referring to her whenever a friend/family needs a flight nanny to deliever their furbaby home! Review: Thank you Makena for bringing our wonderful Willow home to us safe and sound! Makena was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the moment of our first inquiry to after our puppy was home, Makena made the process of getting our puppy from Utah to Connecticut a wonderful, stress-free experience. Having Makena, who grew up around the puppies as her Mom is a breeder, gave us such confidence in the whole process of our puppy flying across the country. It was a long 12-hour door-to-door travel day too and Makena made sure we had constant photos, videos and text updates every step of the way - from picking up our puppy early on a snowy morning, to experiencing some flight delays, to meeting us at the airport. Review: If you’re thinking about getting a puppy/new member for your family and you can’t make the trip to pick them up then Makena is your person! What an end to amazing experience when we saw Makena come down the stairs at the airport to hand deliver Emmitt ( our new Bernese Mountain dog)! Makena kept us updated from the night before to the time she landed with him! We couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for her! Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Review: I had the pleasure of having my cockapoo puppy fly with Kena all the way from Utah to Boston. I originally planned for may 10th to be my delivery date and was able to get her earlier. Kena happily made that change for me so that I was able to get my baby sooner. Kena has great communication skills and provides all the information you need prior to receiving your puppy. Kena confirmed everything with me the day before. The day of, Kena sent me pictures and videos of my puppy all day and let me know how she was. She provided my puppy with necessities such as: food, water, toys, comfort and love. My puppy did not seem under any stress when finally meeting up with me and was actually calm. Book with Kena, you and your puppy will not regret it!!
